The Weather Pro insulation jacket system is tough and hard wearing. The system is designed with a high performance outer covering to prevent water penetrating the system and protect equipment from moisture.

All weather durability

The Weather Pro removable insulation jacket outer covering is our unique weather protective material offering protection against harsh weather conditions or in areas of high moisture. The material is tough and durable and will easily wipe clean. The Weather Pro removable insulation jacket is suitable for use in continuous temperatures up to 230°C.

Design & construction

The Weather Pro jacket has been designed specifically for applications between -40 and 230°C using a 50mm thickness mineral fibre quilt infill material. The system is designed to prevent moisture or water ingress within the jacket system in order to prevent moisture build up on equipment.

Typical usage

The Weather Pro Jacketing range is highly versatile and designed for a wide variety of applications. Widely used in the oil and gas industry to conserve heat and protect personnel from hot equipment, it is also effective for preventing frost on cold equipment, the jacketing making it a highly adaptable solution.

How does the system work?

The Weather Pro removable insulation system is designed with a tough, durable, high-performance outer skin, which is highly water resistant and will prevent ingress of liquid water. The system is designed to ensure there is no route for water to penetrate the system and access equipment.
