Effective heat management

The Heat Trace Pro jacket range can be used for many different applications such as frost protection, temperature maintenance and heating up of equipment containing materials such as sugars, oils, surfactants, fats, foodstuffs and chemicals. ATEX Approved heating elements and thermostat systems are available to provide a bespoke system to meet the exact requirements of a project.

Quick & easy set up

Supplied with integral heating Cables. These units are Manufactured to suit each individual application and project To ensure the best possible performance. They facilitate quick and easy removal of the complete assembly for maintenance.

Protection against temperatures

Temperatures used for applications for frost protection through to high temperatures of up to 600°c — keeping the product inside at a consistent temperature. The temperature is monitored by a thermostat or a computer management system.

Multi-purpose use

The heat trace pro can be used for many different applications such as frost protection or temperature control, materials within the insulation section of the system vary depending on the requirements of the project.
