Non-metallic glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) uncured rolls

Light weight, simple quick installation

A glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) delivered on rolls as a tacky solid and cured by exposure to light. The curing mechanism is relatively unaffected by ambient temperature – Clad Pro Uncured Rolls can be cured at minus 15°C. Unlike many polymers, the active curing ingredient is very stable until exposed to light when it cures the polymer rapidly. Clad Pro Uncured Roll can be stored in temperatures below 25°C for twelve months and can be cured in less than sixty minutes.

Usage & performance

Clad Pro is ideal for pre-insulation or areas where there is a high risk of CUI, Clad Pro works with any insulation system and will allow the system to perform at its highest level.

Ease of installation

Clad Pro is easily installed with the use of the exclusive adhesive system. This creates a flexible design that allows for the expansion/contraction of the system yet keeps the system fully sealed, allowing for greater assurance against corrosion under insulation (CUI).
