Insulcon Technical Clad Pro is a UV cured, glass reinforced plastic (GRP) designed to improve corrosion protection and reduce construction and lifecycle costs. Compared with conventional metal cladding, our systems offer significant performance and cost benefits for pipelines, vessels & difficult terminations. The product is delivered as a full cladding system with pipe sections for application over insulation and sealed at overlaps with adhesive. We also supply a full extensive range of mouldings for bends/tees, fittings and valve boxes.

Usage & performance

Clad Pro is ideal for pre-insulation or areas where there is a high risk of CUI, Clad Pro works with any insulation system and will allow the system to perform at its highest level.

Ease of installation

Clad Pro is easily installed with the use of the exclusive adhesive system. This creates a flexible design that allows for the expansion/contraction of the system yet keeps the system fully sealed, allowing for greater assurance against corrosion under insulation (CUI).

Clad Pro is manufactured and supplied by Insulcon Technical in exclusive partnership with Proclad Systems (USA). This partnership combines excellent product with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

All supplied parts of Insulcon Technical Clad Pro are pre-coated with a high performance top coat as standard. This ensures an extensive lifespan of the system without the risk of degradation over time which may be seen in alternative GRP cladding systems. Innovative coating techniques ensure parts can be coated rapidly without an increase in costs of the parts. This avoids the need to coat on site.
