Market leading noise reduction

Traditionally, insulation for noise reduction can require many layers of materials with considerable time required to install systems. With the Acoustic Pro system installation can take minutes with a single layer providing a considerable reduction in noise.

Superior acoustic performance

Independently tested to international standard ISO 15665 and also ASTM E2611, the Acoustic Pro insulation system is capable of reducing noise by an average of 40dB using a single 50mm thickness layer. This performance exceeds the requirements of classes A, B, C & D of ISO 15665 acoustic test standard and exceeds the requirements of most acoustic noise reduction projects. An additional layer can be added for a further noise reduction of approximately 20dB.

Rapid installation

When compared to alternative acoustic insulation systems, the Acoustic Pro insulation can provide a considerable reduction in man hours whilst providing a higher level of performance. Savings can be as much as 4+ hours per metre when compared to multi layer systems which may require gluing and sealing of many layers.

Additional performance

The Acoustic Pro system can offer more than just noise reduction. The system can include combinations of materials to cover a range of applications such as corrosion under insulation (CUI) protection, high temperature resistance or thermal performance. How does the system work?

Independently tested to ISO 15665 and ASTM E2611 to reduce noise levels on pipe work or equipment by approximately 40dB as a single layer, the Acoustic Pro noise reduction insulation system uses innovative light weight materials to provide a fully removable system which offers a considerable noise reduction protecting personnel and providing a safer environment.

Prevents Water Ingress

As with all of our removable insulation systems, the advanced outer skin of the Acoustic Pro prevents water ingress.

Super hydrophobic

Super hydrophobic internal layers can be added to ensure any moisture is pushed away from equipment through a unique and innovative ventilation system.
